Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Delacruz Hombre pieces. Because our swimwear is intimate apparel and every piece is made with care in small quantities, our return policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting the hygiene and quality of our products.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be started within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Returns must be approved before being mailed back.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of stains, fragrance, deodorant, lotion, hair, or damage
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • With the hygienic liner fully intact and untampered with

Please try swimwear on over underwear. For health and hygiene reasons, items with a removed, shifted, damaged, or tampered hygienic liner cannot be accepted.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

We currently offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.

Refunds are only available when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review the situation and make it right.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected once received. If an item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

If a return is not accepted, we may offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges, store credits, or refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

If a pre-order timeline changes significantly, we will notify you with an update.
