Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. During busy launch periods, holidays, or promotional events, fulfillment may take a little longer.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email us as soon as possible after ordering. We’ll make every effort to help, especially if you’re shopping for a trip, event, or special occasion.

That said, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed. Shipping timelines depend on carrier availability and transit times once the package leaves our hands.

Because swimwear is intimate apparel, all eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all tags and hygienic liners fully intact and untampered with.

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, fragrance, deodorant, body products, or removed/tampered hygienic liners.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Size exchanges may be accepted when inventory allows, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

If you need a different size, email us as soon as possible. Because we produce in small quantities, we cannot guarantee that every size or style will be available for exchange.

To help your swimsuit stay beautiful, rinse it in cool water after wearing, especially after swimming in chlorine, salt water, or using sunscreen or tanning products.

Hand wash cold with gentle soap and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, dry clean, iron, or put your swimsuit in the dryer.

Avoid rough surfaces, including pool edges, concrete, rocks, and textured lounge chairs, which can damage the fabric.
