Every Delacruz Hombre order is packed with care by a small, independent team. Thank you for supporting a small business that believes in making things well and treating every order like it matters.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Because we are a small team, orders may not ship every day. Our founder, Brendan, personally helps manage fulfillment while also balancing a busy weekly schedule. We appreciate your patience as we grow with care.

During launch periods, sales, holidays, or high-volume moments, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Please note that shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Need It by a Certain Date?

Heading to Palm Springs, Puerto Vallarta, Fire Island, Mykonos, or another very important swimsuit moment? We get it.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email Brendan directly at: brendan@delacruzhombre.com.

Include your order number, your desired delivery date, and any helpful details. We will make every reasonable effort to help get your order to you in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the package is with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delacruz Hombre is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

That said, if something looks off with your shipment, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at brendan@delacruzhombre.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your building, neighbors, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier.

If you still need help, contact us and we will review the situation. While we cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered, we will always try to find a fair solution.
